Tally has become something that has always been nothing but a rumor to her and everyone else, a Special. Specials are remarkably fast, strong and can focus very clearly, it's like having super powers. Pretties and Uglies may go their whole life without even seeing a Special but now Tally is one. Tally is sent to the New Smoke to turn them in once and for all. Tally has to chose whether to listen to what she was programed to do, or to do what she feels is right and save her friends. This is a great way to wrap up Tally Youngblood's story and completely worth the read!Read it!
