Drowning is Inevitable by Shalanda Stanley

Always living in your mother's shadow is hard. Olivia's mother killed herself three days after Olivia was born. Olivia's father has a hard time being around Olivia because she looks so much like her mother, so Olivia lives with her grandmother. Olivia's grandmother calls her Lillian(Olivia's mom) and doesn't seem to remember that Olivia isn't Lillian. Olivia just wants to make it to 18 (the age her mother was when she died) and then she'll start planing her life, but everything goes wrong when Olivia's best friend Jamie does something terrible and they have to run. This book is a definite head spin where you don't ever expect what will happen next. If you enjoy suspense, books that keep you on your toes, this is a book for you. It is very BAM BAM BAM, at most spots and is very unpredictable at times.

Check it out!
